Shipping

UK

  • £10 per order

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days

  • Occasional delays may occur. If this happens, you will be contacted by email

  • Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked service

  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery

International

  • £15–£50 per order, depending on order value

  • If the shipping cost is overpaid, any difference will be refunded

  • Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with courier services used when necessary

  • Delivery generally takes 1–2 weeks, or 3–4 weeks during the Christmas period

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Returns

  • Returns may be considered for exchange, credit, or occasionally a refund

  • Items must be unused and returned with sufficient care to prevent damage in transit

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Returns that arrive damaged or show signs of use cannot be accepted

  • Made-to-order or personalised works are not eligible for return

Commissions & Wholesale

  • Commission requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum quantities

  • Wholesale invoices are issued in two stages:

    • 30% deposit required to begin production

    • Remaining 70% invoiced upon completion, including shipping and any additional costs

  • Bespoke or personalised works are non-returnable

All images on this website remain the property of the artist. Written permission is required before any images may be used.
